Blackwick's Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, notify us within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund your money with no restocking fees.


NOTE: Before any exchange or return can be processed, an RMA number must be requested by visiting http://www.blackwicks.com, clicking on “RMA Request” (bottom right corner) and filling out the form appropriately. Once an RMA is approved, Blackwick's will provide you a valid RMA # to print on your return package.


No return packages will be accepted without a valid RMA # printed on the outside.
Please allow 14 days for RMA's to be processed.

  • Returns & Exchanges:
    • Blackwick's will fully refund you the price of the unopened product(s) upon receiving the item(s) that have been issued an RMA # within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • Refunds can be in the form of a credit to your debit/credit card or in the form of store credit.
    • All shipping costs incurred due to exchanges and returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged & Incorrect Items:
    • In the event that the customer receives damaged item(s) due to shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with UPS for damaged item(s) for reimbursement of their original cost. Replacement product will need to be reordered.
    • In the event that the customer receives incorrect item(s) due to error on Blackwick's part, these item(s) will need to be returned by the customer to Blackwick's. Shipping will be credited to the customer. Upon receiving the returned item(s), Blackwick's will ship those item(s) necessary to fulfill the original order at no additional cost to the customer.
